New Breed Work’s The XChange Zone is a self-paced interactive course designed to educate, empower and equip high school student-athletes and their parents with the knowledge, tools and skills to ensure a successful transition from high school to college and ultimately to the real world.
This course explores college preparedness, including financial aid and the college application process; the essential life skills needed to be successful in all arenas of life; the importance of character development and integrity; and the do’s and don’ts of the ever-changing recruiting world.
This is your one stop shop for parents and student-athletes alike. Our desire is that student-athletes will be prepared for success in the next phase of their academic and athletic career, and beyond.

Crafting champions symposium
Crafting Champions Symposium is a solution-based, highly effective program. The Symposium provides transformational life skills, character development, college preparation and purpose planning to student-athletes to ensure they have the tools to succeed in every aspect of their life and at all levels.
Crafting Champions Symposiums are tailored events which provide workshops (choose from the 65 workshops available), NCAA Eligibility Center Sign Up (with advanced preparation) and panel discussions with former collegiate and professional athletes.
